Mp3central Op rules;

Just a few guidelines for all of us to follow:

1) The rules for channel users also apply to us, even more so.

2) Those rules are your reasons for kicks and bans, if you are unsure ask others or use your best judgement till we can clarify.

3) All internal op disagreements will be brought to sop's first, we will take action if and when need be. If this problem needs to be addressed to all, it will be discussed after sop meetings. We do not think all disagreements need to be held for all to see as it is not always the guilty party/parties who suffer. We are all diminished by petty internal squabbles. We don't all have to agree on everything "except" the reasons for kicks and ban's which are all in user rules.

4) If problems can not be resolved by the involved parties the following will be done:

a) parties unable to agree will be asked to ignore each other

b) deop your self

c) send a SOP message requesting a SOP meeting with a minimum of 3 Sops and all parties involved

d) the Sop's will decide the issue and their decision is final with the exception of permanent deop and ban they are limited to a 48 hours deop and ban. Times exceeding this require an OPS meeting and majority vote.

5) If an SOP or AOP leaves #mp3central, and forms another mp3 channel, any #mp3central SOP or AOP granted SOP or AOP in the newly formed channel will immediately lose their SOP or AOP status in #mp3central and will be subject to a permanent ban if behavior becomes an issue.

6) Always treat ops and users with respect. We are a team and need to act like one. The Founders prefer to think all OPS are equal.
